In order to ensure that you have an exceptional stay with complete peace of mind, the team at the Best Western Premier Hotel Bayonne Etche-Ona in Bordeaux works daily to respect the health regulations in force, with rigour, determination and professionalism.

Our aim:

To maximise health safety with regular training of our team on new regulations.
To ensure the mobility of our Customers and Teams within our establishment in a safe and smooth manner.
To maintain an efficient, high quality service, in compliance with the imposed rules.

To achieve this:

All members of our team have been trained in the health and safety procedures that have been put in place (9 in total) and our establishment has been awarded the “On s’engage” label by the APAVE – Inspection Body.
We assure you that we scrupulously disinfect all public areas (Lounge, Breakfast rooms, Meeting and co-working rooms, Gym). At Reception, the pens, the credit card reader and the counter are also disinfected regularly.
After each departure, access to each room is blocked for a minimum of 2 hours, the room is ventilated and then completely disinfected with virucidal and bactericidal products before welcoming a new guest.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is also available to guests at the entrance to the buildings, at the reception area, before entering the breakfast rooms and lounges, and in the corridors leading to the rooms
