Check-in: 3:30 pm – Check-out: 11:30 am

We offer you 2 options to enjoy your room longer. When making your reservation, you can choose:

• Early check-in: the “Early check-in*” option (at an extra charge) offers you the possibility of having your room from 11.30 am onwards
• Late check-out : the “Late check-out*” option (at an extra charge) allows you to enjoy your room until 2 pm

*Options subject to availability (booking required). During the high season, if you are arriving earlier and want to be sure of immediate access to your room, we recommend that you book your room the day before for your convenience. Similarly, if you are leaving late, booking an extra night will guarantee you access to your room.

The hotel’s internal services

• Express check-out: “Express check-out” is a service we offer you. For your convenience, the hotel offers an express check-out. If you would like to make use of this service, please do not hesitate to ask us when you arrive.
• Luggage storage: our luggage storage is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and your luggage can be left in storage during your stay, as well as on the day of your departure. This service is offered by the hotel.
• Online concierge and press service: consult the services available at our establishment, the events in Bordeaux, as well as the restaurants selected by us for your pleasure on our online concierge service. An online press service is also available.
• High-speed internet via Wi-Fi: The hotel offers unlimited Wi-Fi access, with wireless and high-speed connections available throughout the hotel.
• Laundry: The laundry service is available from Monday to Friday. To take advantage of this service, simply drop off your laundry before 9am at Reception. You can pick it up in the evening.
• PRM accessibility: the hotel’s services are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Specially equipped rooms are also available (on request and subject to availability). We also have a non-motorised wheelchair available (booking required prior to arrival).
• Car rental: The hotel offers a car rental service. Please ask our Reception for information on how to make a reservation.
• Non-smoking hotel: for the comfort of all, our hotel is entirely non-smoking.
