General Terms and Conditions of SalePayment Terms and Restrictions

Our rates are net of commission, inclusive of VAT and service charges. Promotions cannot be combined and are subject to availability.

Please note that rooms are available from 3:30 PM and must be vacated by 11:30 AM.

Packages including breakfast and/or any other unused services or amenities will not be eligible for any rate reduction.

In the event of a deposit payment (arrhes) for the partial or total settlement of a stay, no refund will be made unless the reservation is canceled at least 15 days prior to arrival (except for special non-changeable, non-refundable rates).

Any credit card that proves to be invalid will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

Child Policy

“Child” policy (extra bed): upon request only. Baby Welcome Kit: Cot (up to 3 years old), shower deckchair, high chair, bottle warmer: €25. Child buffet breakfast (under 8 years old): €9.50.

Entirely Non-Smoking Establishment

All our rooms and public areas are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, we will be required to charge the guest a €250 fee for room restoration.

Ban on the Use of Dyeing or Corrosive Products

For safety reasons and to preserve the condition of our facilities, it is strictly forbidden to use beauty products in the rooms and bathrooms that could alter or damage the surfaces (e.g., hair dye or coloring products, henna, etc.). If any damage or permanent stains are found, the full cost of restoration or replacement of the damaged furniture and surfaces will be charged to the guest.

Reservation and Cancellation Conditions

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card number, expiration date, and security code (CVC/CVV). Your card will not be charged except in the event of non-compliance with the cancellation policy below.

Any early departure during a multi-night stay booked under a promotional rate will be billed in full.

All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. This cancellation must be confirmed by fax or email. If we are not notified within this timeframe, the cost of the first night will be charged.

Our rates fluctuate based on hotel occupancy; the rate conditions confirmed at the time of booking cannot, under any circumstances, be lowered by the guest or increased by the hotel.

Use of the Fitness Area

The Hotel declines all liability for injuries or damages resulting from the use of the equipment or from any potential inappropriate behavior by users. The equipment is used under the full and sole responsibility of the users, at their own risk. Any material damage will be billed and charged to the guest, along with a flat fee of €1,500 for prejudice suffered. The hotel disclaims all liability for the loss or disappearance of personal belongings.

Video Surveillance

The Fitness area, as well as all public areas, are under video surveillance for safety and security purposes.

Your Personal Data

The information collected is necessary to process your order, unless marked as optional. This data undergoes computerized processing under the responsibility of the General Manager of the Best Western Premier Bordeaux “Bayonne Etche-Ona” hotel and is intended for the Hotel’s departments and partners responsible for executing your order and any subsequent matters. You guarantee the accuracy of the personal information provided and agree to keep it up to date. As part of your stay, you will receive information regarding the hotel and its services, unless you object by checking the following box ☐.

In accordance with Articles 32 et seq. of the French Law of January 6, 1978, known as “Informatique et Libertés,” and “Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (GDPR), you notably have the right to access, rectify, and object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to the transmission of your personal information to third parties or the receipt of commercial information. You also have the right to define general or specific directives regarding the storage, deletion, and communication of your personal data after your death.
