The Board-Rooms
The hotel has 3 conference rooms
- Salon Margaux: 34 m2 in the "Bayonne" building,
- Salon Pomerol: 45 m2 in the "Etche-Ona" building,
- Salon Saint-Emilion: 67 m2 in the "Etche-Ona" building.
Our Board rooms are stimulating to the thought process and equipped to your needs. We provide a welcome desk, cloakroom, air conditioning with individual air vents, telephone (2 SDA lines), high speed internet access (conference package on request), desktops, a screen, flip-chart, paper, pens, markers and mineral water.
The Salon Pomerol and Saint Emilion have natural light exposure.
The Salon Margaux is set up in an typical XVIII century cave entirely renewed.
Specific audio visual equipment can be installed on demand and a written quote can be provided.

Our rates include : single or double room accommodation, "French" Breakfast, lunch including drinks (and diner with the residential seminars), mid-morning and afternoon breaks, the board-room is equipped with screen, overhead projector, flip-chart, desktop, paper, pens, markers and mineral water.
Catering
Thanks to several partnerships we have carefully selected a wide range of restaurants within walking distance of the Hotel. This selection of restaurants presents a touch of inventiveness and refinement with south-western smells and tastes.
Their Chefs remain at your entire disposition for your Seminar enquiries. Just plan ahead and they will cater for you!
According to your choice of packages ("Club"- "Business" -"First Class"), we offer various seasonal menus.
Upon request ; cocktail parties, gastronomic lunches or diners and special parties can be organised.
