We stayed three nights. Very clean hotel. Centrally located, you cannot find a better located hotel in downtown Boradeaux especially for the price. The rooms were a little dated, but extremely well maintained, very clean, pant press. Staff were very helpful and always had a smile

Great location and such a comfy bed! This hotel was so lovely and comfortable. I loved the linens! Staff was helpful. We'd definitely stay there again.

We stayed one night. We were really impressed with Bordeaux. Beautiful old buildings, great rstaurants and shops. This hotel is located right at the heart of the old city and close to the riverfront. The room was clean and comfortable and service was fine.
The hotel has no car parking and is incredibly difficult to find by car because of the one way roads and pedestrianised areas. You should park in the public car park under the Tourney plaza and walk from there - which is easy once you know!

It's true is not very easy to access to the hotel when you have no information or no GPS but we have all these important details describe on our official web site. Or of course we are available by phone if our guests are lost, but it is not so often (one or twice a year, hopefully !!!)
Our location allow you to do everything by walk, you have just to park your car at 100 meters far away from he hotel, in the undergroung parking.

We stayed at the Etche - Ona for three nights. It is in a great position within the city, right in the centre of everything.
The bedroom that we were allocated had a very very small toilet space within the bathroom, that was very claustrophobic. On mentioning this, the manageress (Catherine I think her name was) was extremely pleasant and helpful with our complaint. Although the hotel was full, she managed to actually upgrade us to a larger bedroom the next day. Big thank you to her !!!!
The beds, duvets, pillows etc are extremely comfortable.
The room was very clean.
Because the building is so old and the walls were sooo thick , you couldnt hear any noise at all (always my main gripe) even though we were next to a lift ! . So every nights sleep was a peaceful one ! :-)
We didnt have breakfast in the hotel, so cant comment on that.
Internet was very hit and miss, in fact we couldnt access it at all !
If you want tea and coffee in your room, you have to request this , at no extra charge.
All in all, would def stay here again, as long as the room was right !

Un accueil très sympathique (Merci Lyse, je crois...) Je reviendrai dans votre établissement si bien situé avec beaucoup de plaisir... Les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. Seul petit bémol, le "Wifi rapide" à 2Euros/24h00... A bientôt...

Nous avons séjourné chez vous pendant deux jours et nous voulions vous remercier pour votre acceuil et votre disponibilité. Nous nous sentions vraiment bien. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux servi dans notre chambre. Le wifi forfait offert ne fonctionne pas toujours le soir, il est plus prudent de prendre le payant à 2€, là aucun souci.

Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois en famille dans cette manifique ville. Quel bonheur, l'hotel est VRAIMENT en plein centre ville contrairement à ce que nous avions vécu le dernière fois .
Nous avions réservé des chambres supérieures très confortables, lumineuses et de bon gout, de tailles différentes certes mais nous sommes dans des immeubles anciens en pierre !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement placé a proximité de tout. Bordeaux est une ville exceptionnelle.
Chambre très calme et sutout très propre, confort de la literie. Disponibilité des personnes qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients. Nous reviendrons.

Génial, pour mon travail je devais trouver un hôtel sur Bordeaux. Avec mon Iphone je vous ai découvert . Bordeaux est vraiment une très belle ville. Je reviendrai très vite en weekend chez vous pour une visite des vignobles . Merci pour tout.

Merci pour ces trois jours, l'hôtel est tellement bien placé, confortable et propre ....... que du bonheur. Félicitation également pour les séjours proposées sur votre site cela nous a permis de découvrir la ville de façon inhabituelle. Les personnes à la réception et dans les chambres sont adorables.
Petit détail qui a son importance : lorsque vous venez en voiture attention l'hôtel est dans le quartier UNESCO, le GPS fonctionne mal, il est préférable d'avoir les informations d'accès (nous avions demandé à l'hôtel). Il n'y a pas de parking dans l'hotel mais vous avez des parkings publics à proximité.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'hôtel est magnifiquement situé, tout se fait à pied. Notre chambre était confortable et surtout très propre avec des couleurs vives, un peu petite mais nous avions choisi une chambre "Tradition douche WC" premier prix (l'hotel était complet). Pour notre prochain séjour, nous prendrons une chambre de catégorie supérieure. Je pense que nous reviendrons au mois de juin pour le tour en vélo, il y a tellement de choses à voir !!!!!! Bravo au personnel, un régal de bonne humeur et de disponibilité.
